These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Harvest, a product of The Collective Group (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be legally able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Use of the Service

• Save and organize links ("Harvests") for your personal use
• Create boards and plan events you choose to attend
• Follow friends or share content if you choose

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. We own all rights in the Service and its content (excluding your content and third-party content).

User Conduct

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure
• Treat other users with respect; no harassment or abuse
• No posting of illegal, harmful, or explicit content
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting the Service
• No using Harvest to spam or mislead others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (links, notes, titles, images you provide). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have the rights to share such content.

Third-Party Content & Links

Harvest helps you save links from third-party sites and may show map or place data. We are not responsible for third-party content or services and do not endorse them. Third-party terms may apply.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy of third-party content or continuous availability of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Collective Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or lost profits, arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using Harvest at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful or unlawful way.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms in the app or on this page. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
